Terms and conditions

Last updated: June 2026

Using RamayTranslation means you're okay with the terms below. If you're not, that's completely fine, just don't use the site. None of this is meant to catch you out. It's the basic ground rules for a free translation tool.

Using the translator

Go ahead and use it for personal work, school, or business. The only thing we ask is that you don't abuse it. That means no scraping the whole site with bots, no hammering our servers, and obviously nothing malicious like spreading malware. If an IP is causing problems, we'll block it.

About accuracy

Machine translation gets things wrong. Sometimes the grammar's off, sometimes the tone is weird, and idioms almost never survive the trip intact. The tool is provided as is, with no promise that a translation is correct or fit for whatever you need it for. If it's a legal contract, a medical instruction, an immigration form, or anything you're publishing, get a qualified human translator. Don't stake anything important on an automatic result.

Your text

Whatever you paste in, you're responsible for it, so don't use material you don't have the rights to. We don't claim to own your input or the translation that comes back. That said, the actual translating is done by an outside provider, so we can't promise they handle it exactly how you'd expect. Our privacy policy goes into that.

What belongs to us

The design, the branding, and the writing we've done on the site are ours (or our licensors'). Language names are just used descriptively. Feel free to link to any of our pages. What you can't do is copy the whole site and pass it off as your own.

Other websites we link to

Sometimes we'll link out to other sites. Once you leave ours, what happens over there isn't on us. We don't control their content or how they handle your data.

Liability

As far as the law allows, we're not on the hook for any loss that comes from using the site or trusting a translation. A misunderstanding, a blown deadline, an awkward auto-translated message to your boss, that's on the tool being a tool. Use your judgement.

Changes

We might update these terms or retire parts of the service whenever we need to. When something meaningful changes, we'll try to reflect it here. Keep using the site afterwards and that counts as your okay.
